They ask about previous experience, ask about times you were in difficult situations and how you handled it etc. They really just need to know your experience in the retail field and how you deal with difficult customers/situations

Pretty straight forward , typical questions, not very difficult. Only one interview, not multiple interviews. Job was offered within a couple days. Interview experience will definitely depend on who is doing the interviewing and how experienced they are.
Easy and friendly, I was made to feel comfortable and it was quick and cordial. Pretty standard retail type interview. Professional. Questions were neither too personal or too difficult. Easy to come up examples to fit scenarios asked. I felt good vibes from the two managers I met with.

Over the phone and then in person. Pretty basic questions and simple interactions. The individual who interviewed me was quite late which I found to be unprofessional on their end.
