Quick hiring and interview process was professional and average questions for a general manager position. No surprise questions. The formal interview too one hour. The interview was a great experience with the district manager.

Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
The Interview with district manager and then one other dm , one was in person and rte other virtually over the phone on teams. Each interview was about an hour

Three interviews, with three different people. 1st with recruiter, 2nd with DM, final with Regional. Each interviewer has a different segment to ask so the same questions aren’t being asked.
