I got asked what my availability is, how comfortable am I at marketing the ulta beauty ultamate rewards credit card, and basic questions about my basic ability to perform the job such as can I lift something that weighs 10 lbs. the main focus was on customer service and cleanliness.

You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
