Just a normal interview process like most in person interviews. They ask you what would have someone come back to talk to you again and I just said I make them feel comfortable

What did you do in a previous job when a customer was difficult
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
