Interview
the interview was about 20-30 minutes. very quick interview process. it was only one round and the questions were simple ones like why do you want to work for us and whats your favorite brand etc.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
