It was a 15 minute phone call interview with the cofounder of the company. Very awkward. The cofounder seemed uninterested. Was told that I would need to carry the conversation and I did, but the cofounder really did not make an effort to seem approachable. And, the questions I asked regarding the company, software, and work ethics seem to have gotten very short replies without any elaboration. It did not seem genuine or even a human interaction. Is that not why you have hiring managers to screen out the applicants. Aren't they experienced in human interactions? Good luck to future applicants.
