I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Las Vegas, NV) in Dec 2015
Interview
First interview was 4 questions to video record your response. Follow-up interview 1:1 with another store manager. Interview was conducted in backroom of the store. Associates were walking around the backroom during the interview. One worker was standing 10 feet away for the last 15 minutes of the interview. Very uncomfortable and UNPROFESSIONAL. Okay location for a team member interview, however store manager to store manager interview should have been more private.

Other Store Manager Interview Reviews for Under Armour
Recruiter reached out to me for a new role based on an old application I had submitted. Quickly set up some time to connect, talked through next steps, etc. I followed up twice within a few weeks and was told she’d let me know when they’ve decided on next steps, and simply have never heard back or received a rejection. Not a great look to leave candidates hanging - be up front and honest in the process. Wouldn’t apply here again.
Through and completed several interviews at the corporate and store level. People want experienced retail people that can deal with many functions and types of people while giving a great experience

Interview
Interview and hiring process in and of itself was good. Kept good communication and stayed on course
Was very concerned when DM states that he prefers women managers. As a man I was very offended and feel I need to say what happened so I am here !
