I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Union Pacific
Interview
Everything was very straight forward. They were at my college career fair, and they asked me to come for an on campus interview the next day. The interview was all behavioral and there were no technical questions. The people were very nice. A week later they contacted me to tell me to apply online. A few weeks after that I got my offer letter.
It was great fast and very easy asked simple questions and had really nice people would recommend for anyone to just try to interview and see how it goes it was easy to schedule aswell.

Interview
Only phone screens for me, but I was referred to them through a program at my university. Most of my questions were about my personality and preferences in how I operate in a work setting. No trick questions which is always nice.

There were no technical questions asked. They did ask what skills you have and your level for them (low, medium, high). After, they asked behavioral questions. Then you had time to ask questions at the end.
