I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The video interview went well even though I was not the most eloquent. I had a f2f interview at the SFO training center. It was a really good experience getting to know all the other candidates. The interview went well, I didn't get the offer so I am not sure what went wrong. It could possibly be because they could not accommodate the start date? My advice is, only apply when you are ready to drop everything you are doing in the next 2-3 weeks. Also, just be yourself. You never really know what your recruiter is looking for.

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
