I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process is very quick. I submitted my resume on Mar 31. Next day I received a email to complete a video interview. Very fortunate I found Glassdoor. You can find all the interview questions here. After I completed the video, next day they asked me to schedule a face-to-face interview on April 5 in San Francisco. I've read the comments on Glassdoor. If you were selected to participate the second round interview, you have a chance to get hired by United. I only finished the first round and the recruiter said the interview is finished and they will contact me within 5-7 days, so I have a feeling that I was not selected. Is there anyone wasn't sent to the second round but still get hired?

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
