Was invited to a virtual interview. Interviewer was five minutes late and did not apologize/mention the tardiness. Interviewer was very dry and did not even try to feign interest in my answers to the questions she was asking. She was rude, unhelpful, and did not smile once. She gave bare minimum answers to my own questions at the end of the interview. It felt like I was speaking with a robot programmed to be passive aggressive and miserable. I have never had such a terrible interview experience, very surprising and disappointing coming from a company such as United.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
