I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Feb 2013
Interview
At 9:00 am doors are closed and we got a short presentation of the company as well as for the job we applied for. Then you are being called to the first interview. General questions about the resume and some questions about customer service experience . If they like you here you are about to stay till 12:30 for the second interview. Almost the same as the first one. More questions about customer service situation and 2 or 3 co-worker......If you are going to the 3rd and MOST important interview (that was my mistake.....) you might get the job. Be yourself!!!! They cut you off after one answer that they don't like. If you got CJO it is your lucky day. If they take your passport copy they might call you. If not move on !!!!! Good luck. It is a very exciting day. You get to meet a lot of nice people from all over the US.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker?
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
