I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied online and received an email about three months later. I spoke with a recruiter on the phone to set up a time and date for an interview. I was flown to Houston and had a group interview the next morning. We had a meet and greet followed by an overview of the company as well as the job. Later we were called in to a one on one interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
