I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
It was fairly easy. Applied online and it took a couple of weeks to get through phone screenings. They flew me to Houston and I was hired on the spot. Thye are mainly looking for people who like people. The recruiters only had shown interest in the very attractive people in my opinion, they didn't seem to care about skill. Most of the recruiters are ex flight attendants and are only in that position because they hate flying. I accepted the offer and work for a couple years. Fair warning if a job offers you a position on the spot its likely going to be BS.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
