I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at United Airlines in Dec 2021
Interview
I applied in September and had a video interview in December. I was given options and able to choose the day/time of the interview. It was with a live recruiter. They asked me four questions, then allowed me to ask a couple questions of my own at the end. The recruiter told me to answer the questions in STAR format. It was a fairly laid-back and simple interview. I will be attending a face-to-face interview next month.

Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
