I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
Process lasted about 30 min. I was interviewed by a male and female flight attendant. There were about 25 of us that were invited to that interview at that time. You walk into a room have a sit and then turn in your resume. You have a short question and answer session and then you wait until you are called back for your interview. If you do not get ask to stay and sit on the couch for a second interview then you did not get the job. If they say you will hear from them in 5-7 days and you do not have the second interview, you did not get the job. Overall it was a great interview experience that I will remember for years to come.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
