I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Honolulu, HI) in Feb 2022
Interview
First interview (virtual) via Microsoft Team. Be sure to download and test you mic and camera! My video didn't work at first and I had to get off the call, download it, and resume the call. Embarrassing on my end! But I passed the interview so I think it's all about how you handle it. I was asked 4 questions and it was very quick.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
