I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
Fairly easy, just a waiting game.
1. Application
2.Assessment
3.F2F
Honestly they know who they want the moment they see you.
UNITED is clearly looking for people w airline experience and or military background. United is almost finished w hiring for the year and is trying to move the hiring process fast as possible, after your one-on-one if you get walked to the elevator and you don't get asked to take a drug test you most likely will get a TBNT email. Sorry if it's too much, but no need to sugar coat.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
