I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
After finishing the online application and the video interview I was invited to a Saturday interview in Houston. The interview was quick and not very personal. There were five of us to begin with and we were given a powerpoint presentation outlining the job in more detail. Then we sat in a conference room and were pulled out one by one. The next part was a two-on-one with seasoned flight attendants. They were very professional and to the point. It was a very short process and I didn't feel like it was the right fit for me. They were not concerned with me as a person. We were all there just to fill a spot. I was a bit disappointed they didn't take more time to get to know me or ask me why I wanted to join the United team.
A customer in first class will not turn off their electronic device after the cabin doors have been closed, what do you do? Follow up question: You find out from a coworker that the person you just talked to is the VP at Shell Oil and they have a large contract worth a lot of money with United. Upon doing your final sweep of the cabin you see they are still on their electronic device, what do you do?

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
