I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
I had my interview in Chicago on April 22. The interview started at 9am, and I arrived at Willis Tower around 8am. The registration didn't start until 8:30, so I waited in the lobby. I showed my state ID for the registration and then got my one-day visitor badge. I went up to the 33 floor and got my name tag. Candidates started to come gradually and I talked to some of them. At 9:00 they began a brief introduction of the position, about 15 to 20 minutes, followed by Q&A. Then we were pulled out one after another for the one-on-one interview. When others were having their interview, we were waiting in the meeting room and we kept talking with each other. Half of the candidates were gone and it was my turn. My interviewer was a nice lady. Firstly she gave me a piece of short announcement about distributing customs forms before the plane landed and asked me to read it when I felt ready. So I didn't begin immediately, instead I took a quick look to make sure there were no strange words (English is not my native language)- this is a little trick I learned from Glassdoor. After I finished reading she began to ask me questions. All the questions were standard questions as listed by other people over here. While I was answering questions, she was taking notes. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a nice visit to the headquarters and great experience.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
