I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
Invited to SFO for group info session. Mingled with other candidates. Presentation was given maybe fifteen minutes max and a question answering session. One by one we are pulled out and put into a room solo with only one recruiter or put in a room full of cubicles where you were interviewed with 3:1. My guess is a good 15 minute maximum interview initially. It is very hard to say what United is currently looking for at the moment, in my opinion it may possibly be fresh faces to the aviation business with no experience. You are either escorted out of the building after or asked to wait in the lobby. Supposedly there is no rounds of interviews at least what we had been told. Just remain positive...and note if you do leave early it is very simple to change your flight to an earlier time. It was a good experience over all.

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
