I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
Overall experience was good. Met some great people. If you don’t get CTO on the spot in Houston (even though they lie and say they’re not giving CTOs on the spot to EVERYONE), you didn’t get the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to explain something complex or technical to someone. Tell me about a time you and your colleagues ran into a problem and had to find a solution together.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
