I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interviewed in Houston. The hotel was very expensive. literally everything you need to know is on glass door. Just make sure to smile and be yourself. The guy that interviewed me seemed very uninterested. Not sure if it was me or if he we just tired of interviewing. So if I could do it over again I would choose the first day (you get an option of three days). Arrive early, of course. And have fun!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
