I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online. A few days later, I received an email asking me to complete a video interview withing 5 days. The questions were basic introductory interview questions. The video is quite awkward because its basically you recording yourself answer questions. I didn't think I would still be a candidate after the interview, but a few days later I received an email with an invitation to a group interview session. I interviewed in New Jersey with about 15 others. The interview went as many others have explained: group interview, 1on1 interview. I thought my interview went pretty well but I have yet to hear back.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
