I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
There are 4 interview phases and I made it to the group interview at the corporate office in Houston TX. They put you in groups, assign an FA to each group and ask each person to give an example of an experience regarding "Good Leads the Way" which is their motto. Then they observe you in a group to see how you solve a problem; ours was prioritizing 12 scenarios when boarding and listing them in order of importance. The last one was listening to two case scenarios on board and providing an answer. If you didn't make it, you are sent an email the next day. And if you do...well you are invited to training.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
