The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Dec 2015
Interview
The entire process went quickly and was very pleasant. My experience was no different from anyone else who was offered a CJO so I'll just skip to the part you're looking for.
During the HireVue interview, just remember to breathe and smile. It's a little nerve wrecking but it's a great chance to let your personality shine.
When you get to the F2F, just smile, be courteous, and genuine. Many of the questions have change since previous posts, so I would suggest just being familiar with some of your top moments while you were working a customer service position. WARNING: depending too heavily on questions you've seen posted here may work against you; the FAs know about these posts!
That's it folks! If you receive a CJO that day, you ride in a van to take all your tests and you're done.
I had a great experience with United and look forward to meeting some new great coworkers.
Good luck!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
