I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
Application, assessment, on demand interview, 1:1 zoom with recruiter interview, Face to Face interview in Houston.
Everything is fine, up until the F2F. They've changed it since having them in Denver, and it's seemingly random now. Group exercises, looking at the plane items (seats, carts), uniforms, and no real interview at the group interview. Terrible process. When they had them at Denver it was much better!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
