I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
Pretty much what everyone else has mentioned. I applied Dec. 7th and a week later asked me to do the video interview. On the 5th day I completed it, and about a week and a half later got an email asking me to come for a final interview next week in Houston. That's where I am right now in the interview process. All the questions people have posted here are basically what I got for the video interview, however some may be reworded. I just posted 'no offer' but if I pass next week, I'll accept the offer.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
