I interviewed at United Airlines (Lacey, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was a awesome experience. I was invited to face to face interview at SFO. The recruiters were so nice and friendly. Show up early and get to know the other candidates. The recruiters are watching you the moment you walk in. The flight attendants will put everyone in one room, and then they will give a presentation and ask " if any one has questions." Then the recruiters will call you one by one for the face to face interview. It was very great interview. They were very friendly. If you succeed, the recruiter will ask you to follow them to another room, where you will wait for about 30 min for the final interview with the senior flight attendants.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
