Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. I applied at the end of December.. I did the HireVu interview then I was invited to do a F2F interview 3 weeks later. The F2F interview was pretty tough. Everyone is nervous. You'll be fine. Just mingle and talk to the other people that's there interviewing.. I suggest looking over interview questions you find on Glass door. That was pretty helpful. Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
