I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied for the job online, received an email the next day saying that my application had been forwarded to Inflight Services Recruiting, then received another email the day after telling me that'd I'd been chosen for the video interview. I had five days to do the interview and I completed it on the fourth day. It's a little awkward talking into a webcam like it's an interviewer, but use the practice questions! I must've gone through the three questions twenty different times before finally pressing the "Start Interview" button, but it honestly helps! Not to mention that 5 of the 6 questions I was asked were listed here.
It's been a week and I haven't heard anything, but fingers crossed that I'll get a request for a F2F!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
