I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Feb 2016
Interview
The Video Interview process was easy given that your are provided clear instructions and you are allowed to practice answering there interview questions before doing the official video interview you will be submitting to them. The only setback is that it's just a bit awkward getting comfortable talking to yourself on camera. The more you practice the more comfortable it seems to get.

Question 1
Explain why your background and experience would be a good fit for this job?
I received the email for the video interview on Saturday afternoon and of course the email went to my junk folder on outlook so I just saw the email today, Friday morning. So of course I got ready and completed the video interview right away even though it is technically a day late given they give you 5 days to complete the video interview. Has anyone experienced submitting a video interview a day late and still receiving a call or email back for a face to face interview with United Airlines?
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
