Waste of time. HR phone interview, followed by an in person interview, a technical project, then 2 other in person interviews. Process felt rushed (after every interview within 30 minutes I received a call for the next round). They also asked the same generic interview questions in every round - felt like they just went through the motions of an interview rather than assessing genuine suitability for the role. In the final round the CTO mentioned their only goal for investing in AI is to gain revenue which I thought was incredibly strange and poor considering its a non-profit. Very cold impersonal rejection after all was said and done.
