Interview
There are a three rounds of interviews with one that is consisting of an initial web cam video interview and one panel interview with multiple interviewers. The interview is based on background, experience, behavioral and situational questions. A lot of questions are multi parts.

Tell me a time you generated a new idea to leadership that was implemented, what steps did you take to present the idea, was it successful, what would you have done differently?
The executive assistant for the hiring manager emailed me to set up a zoom meeting and I had a short zoom meeting with the hiring manager after we scheduled the meeting.

Great, it was comfortable, did not feel pressured, everyone was friendly and easy going. Everyone been working with the company for many years, so that made me know they all felt appreciated
