I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2018
Interview
I go through a half-hour phone interview, answered some survey and behavior questions. This is not hard, you can prepare ahead with some common questions. Such as: why you are interested in this position/our company? What challenges did you face at your previous job?
Then I got invited on-site interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed technical skills etc.
