There are 30 kids in one class with 1 instructor and if something breaks its the instructor fault
They will try and make it look like a great job
You will probably hear " change lives "

Very easy and smooth. Down to earth people and not a lot of pressure. Looking for skilled people to join a great team. When I went the communication was awesome and clear and I didn’t feel an overwhelming sense of judgement.

Recruited by the president. He did not interview me, but two people did, one of which could not look me in the eyes. This was a red flag.
I believe the man was uncomfortable with me being a woman.

The interview process is lengthy and overly complicated. There are usually 3 separate interviews done and during all 3 they try to throw curve balls to see how well you think on your feet. The final interview is done with a panel of managers and is very stressful.
