Applied with some 3rd party vendor. Interview process has the L1 and L2 rounds after that Client round. I received the interview invite early morning and I had no idea if it was scheduled or not, I did not miss it and joined the call.
I Joined the interview, greeted the HR after joining seemed friendly told me that the interviewer will join shortly. HR did not apologize me for sending the invite at the last minute changes. So at this point I know there's not much to expect to be normal. Later the interviewer joined but was late, I greeted both but the interviewer didn't respond to that. Seemed a lot bossy, like beat me if you can, I am the tough guy sort of and biased. As I was answering to the questions interviewer constantly interrupts, and quickly gets into new topic as if the building is caught on fire. One of the question when I answered told me that it is a text book answer so I elaborated it. At the end of the interview told me it was fantastic (being sarcastic) meeting you today. Didn't ask me if I have any questions, at that point I knew that I am not going to get shortlisted. Anyway I asked if there is any feedback mentioned HR will get back to me. As I have thought I was not shortlisted. In the past I was interviewed with several good companies but never experienced this kind of BC rude attitude.
Interview was just taken for the sake of time with no intention to hire someone. I interviewed number of engineers in my career but never judged them by their race, looks, background.
Truth be told, I wouldn't recommend applying a job with ValueLabs, they seem lot judging and unprofessional. So this is not for me, its just waste of my time, I would pass on it and never apply in the future.
