Initial Interview with basic PLC and Field related questions.
2nd interview with Managers for more questions
The process was reliable and the vacancy was according to the job description. The interviewers transmit an honest work atmosphere by comparing the vacancy and the actual job. The hiring process was done through 3 departments

Smooth and trustful. The salary could be negotiated but they clearly had standardized ranges where the annual raise was clear from the beginning based on evaluations. Additionally when travelling everything was clearly stated to get bonuses for it
