I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a 30-45 minute phone interview. The questions in this round were mainly STAR format and about the interest in this role. After this, I was flown out to Arizona for the in person interview. This included a tour of the facility, presentation on benefits and the company history, and the interview. The interview consisted of a case study- where you have to solve a potential client issue regarding her accounts- and a role play-where you act out the rest of the case study in a one-on-one setting. This was followed by another 1:1 interview with another manager. Once the interviews were done I heard back within a week with an offer.
Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
