Took a 3 weeks to get hired due to final exams, the company was very flexible and understanding that school came first. First I went to the career, then two phone interviews. Flew me down to Phoenix and got 3 interviews from different team leaders.

The interview process was a half day commitment, which began with an orientation and then two-part interview. One of which included a 1-on-1 behavior based line of questioning, aka the STAR format. Part 2 of the interview was a case study dealing with a customer situation, and two managers allow you time to review before they come in and ask you questions directly related to the study.
