Interview
Easy and laid back you'll usually do it with another person who is also interviewing for the job. Pretty simple questions such as previous work history and how you deal with people in crowds which you will be dealing with a lot.

Asked basic questions like what you do in fast paced environment, availability, etc. Talked a lot about sales goals. Those are very important. Also what hobbies you like, where you’d thrive most. Was around 15 minutes.
The interview process was really nice & smooth. The HM not only shared the work life and company, but wanted to know more about me and my work. It was a very laid-back interview and kind-of informal, but in a relaxed way.
