I applied to Ventera through a recruiter. The interview process took about 2 weeks (phone screening followed by an in-person interview at their office in Reston, VA). I got a quick 15' phone interview which is basic SQL questions, then asked to come to their office for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was done by four persons (each of them interviewing me individually for about half an hour) which took about two hours. Three of them are technical persons while the last one is from HR_PM. I had an interesting interview with three of them (the two technical persons- Indian and Asian lady as well as the lady from the HR). But another technical guy (an Indian) who interviewed me, who seems unorganized, hassles me and tried to interrupt me in the middle of my talk whenever I try to elaborate the scenarios, which is primarily focused to drag me out in case he has his own candidate that he wants to give the offer (from interview experience in which the interviewer doesn't want to hear your answers but keeps dangling/arguing with you ).
Generally, They're unorganized and they don't know how to explore the potential (skill + experience) of a prominent candidate.
