I applied online. I interviewed at Verathon (Bothell, WA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Pretty normal, phone interview with the recruiter (who sounded like she was multitasking and not really paying attention or else completely bored), then a phone interview with the VP of Sales who was quite engaging. Then brought in for 1:1 interviews. I was called back a few weeks later and told that they had found a candidate who had specific industry experience. However, this was not true as they are still searching for the right candidate. I really didn't care whether I got the job or not as there were a few red flags not to mention the commute would have been bad. However, why lie about finding another candidate?? I am an experienced mgr and know that company cannot give specifics on why or why not someone is declined, so why not just say "I'm sorry, but we have decided to pursue other candidates?"

Interview
Interviewed over a few weeks in September. The process started with two initial phone screens, one with the recruiter and one with the remote hiring manager. The second phase was onsite, four 1:1 interviews with the recruiter, one of the inside sales reps, the customer care manager and the director of technical services. The final round was a 1:1 at the Bothell office with the remote hiring manager. Overall an excellent experience!
