Interview

Initial interview was an informal face to face at a job fair, at that point I believe they had already made a decision. The following phone interview was fairly straight forward asking if I had experience with specific systems, or similar systems and programs and expand on my experience. There were no hang up questions, or any of the "feel good" What are your biggest strengths? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? type of questions. The company is professional and straight forward.

They reviewed my resume and basically pitched the company. I felt that I was able to develop a strong rapport with my interviewers and the interview ended up going 30 minutes over.

Interview

The process started with a phone screen and writing exercise. They put a lot stock in the writing exercise, so make sure you take it seriously and try and do a good job. After that, I had a couple of face to face interviews with managers in Sterling. They are very knowledgeable, so be prepared.

They asked about control groups and which control groups I found to be the most difficult. This is something you should be prepared to discuss. They also will discuss the writing exercise.
