I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon (Franklin, TN) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online. I recieved an email that night asking me to call and schedule a phone interview. the next day, a rep called me to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview 3 days later. After the phone interview, they scheduled me to come in for an assessment. They told me if I passed, I would have a face to face interview shortly after. I passed the assessment, and had my face to face interview about 10 minutes after. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The environment was casual and comfortable. After my interview, I went on a tour of the facility. They called to offer me the job the next day.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
