VividCortex interview questions

Only made it through 2nd phone interview. First with recruiter and next with manager. She was very unprepared for the interview, and often would pause as if she wasn't sure what to say/do next. Made it uncomfortable and more awkward than need be. Almost 3 weeks later after not hearing anything, I reached out and received an email saying that I wasn't chosen. Maybe shouldn't have expected to hear anything, but it is always nice to at least know rather than wait around.

Initially things moved fast, I had some good telephone interviews but the whole process dragged on. I'd get apologies from HR for not responding but then hear nothing. I never received official word that I didn't receive the job but in general I'd expect, considering as far as I went through the interview process, to receive some sort of communication.
