    Clinical Solution Consultant Interview

Anonymous Employee in Kansas City, MO
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Vocera (Kansas City, MO) in June 2016.

    Interview

The interview process is extensive, but pleasant. I had five phone interviews with people in various roles within the company. I felt that the interview process was very rewarding in terms of knowledge acquired about the company and role. Each interviewer represented management or a parallel position to the one I was applying. The final interview was in person, and this is where the employment offer was presented. Overall I would say the interview process was very pleasant and straightfoward

    Senior Financial Analyst Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vocera.

    Interview

This was one of the horrible experiences I have experienced. Recruiter reached out to via Linkedin and scheduled call. And she did not call or emailed me about what happened. I just wasted my time learning about the company and role. Now I trust Glassdooor, when a company has low rating probably there is a good reason why.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Vocera in June 2015.

    Interview

The process was ridiculously drawn out--months and it was all a waste if time. It was clear that the position was NOT a Managerial position, but a glorified graphic designer/ marketing coordinator. Hiring manager was clearly looking for a unicorn candidate willing to work for peanuts.
