Telephone interview then networking event followed by a face-to-face interview. First 2 stages in the process were really well run and engaging although very 'corporate'. The Face-to-Face interview was sloppy: Time of interview changed the day before. 2 people that were going to run the interview were changed and replaced by another Vodafone person - only found this out when they came to get me. The person did not know what role i was being interviewed for and i had to clarify. No room was available so a room was 'stolen' - 3 interruptions during the interview with people who had booked the room trying to get in.
