My interview process was very smooth and fast, I had an online video call with team manager and senior copywriter. They gave me a brief of a possible campaign to be done within a few days and then a quick phone call to confirm the job. It took less than a couple of weeks.

The interview process at Vodafone was engaging and thoughtful, allowing me to showcase both my creative skills and strategic thinking as a copywriter. The team asked insightful questions that reflected their strong brand values and commitment to impactful communication.
I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Budapest) in Nov 2016
Interview
After I applied, it took 6 months for them to get back to me. During this time, I've been contacted by different recruiters twice, asking about my availability and whether I was still interested. The interview had 3 phases: phone interview, assignment, and face-to-face interview with the recruiter, team leader (both very helpful and professional), and manager (late to the meeting, defensive when he bothered to give input, otherwise preoccupied with his phone).
Shortly after the interview I was promised an offer, but then my position was suddenly given to someone else and it took another 5 months for them to get back to me with the promised offer.
