I applied for the Single RAN Access System Engineer role in August 2024 and was finally invited for a technical interview in April 2025, after a significant delay. The interview itself was very positive—professional, straightforward, and the interviewer gave encouraging feedback.
I was informed that the next steps would involve HR follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received any update despite emailing both the HR contact and the interviewer multiple times over the April. My application remained listed as “active” in the portal in more two month, and only to eventually be marked as “position closed” without any communication.
Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism in closing the process. The interview experience was excellent, but the candidate communication afterward fell far short of expectations for a company of Vodafone’s scale.
